About
We are a family run business based in leicester who design, develop and rent student and residential accommodation.
Our purpose-built accommodation provides everything a student or working professional would want to make renting easy and to ensure that you have a positive experience.
We recognise that renting for the first time for students or working professionals can be daunting. That’s why all our apartments are inclusive of water costs and have a FREE Wi-Fi connection to make paying the bills less hassle for our tenants.
Living alone and away from parents can be stressful for both you and your parents. They may wonder if you will be safe. At Abode Lettings Leicester, tenants’ safety is our top priority, that’s why all our buildings have CCTV, secure entry systems and out of office emergency contacts. Some of our properties even include a 24-hour on-site concierge and security service, to give additional security and peace of mind.
We believe that renting a home should be an exciting and positive experience. At Abode Lettings Leicester, we have our own Maintenance team who are always on hand to deal with any unexpected maintenance issues which may occur from time to time. Our user-friendly maintenance software ensures that any requests can be uploaded directly to our team to be rectified within a timely manner. Our team work quickly and efficiently to ensure that nothing ruins your renting experience.
We have a team of warm and welcoming staff who are always happy to help with any concerns or queries that you may have and to support you throughout your stay.

Our partner company Bradgate Estates Ltd Sponsor the East Midlands Top 500 businesses. This is an annual event which is designed to support and encourage business to continue to grow which will help the economy and create job opportunities in the future.
Julian Levy student award for excellence
This award was created in memory of Julian Levy who was a well-known business entrepreneur. Julian was the Director of Bradgate Estates and headed the development of several student accommodation schemes in Leicester, before unfortunately passing away in May 2016. This award is given annually to one hard working student from De Montfort University.
