Lillie House has 3 communal laundry rooms compromising of a large washing machine and a large tumble dryer. 2 bed flats in block C have their own washer/dryer in each flat.

Our tenants safety is our top priority. Lillie House offers 24 hour on site security and a daytime concierge service. This is great for students who receive a lot of parcels as you will never have to worry about missing a delivery! Our onsite security staff are always on site to accept parcels on your behalf as well as ensuring that the building remains secure at all times.

The landlord gives an energy contribution towards your electricity costs for the duration of the tenancy. This contribution is given at the start of the tenancy and is credited onto the pre-pay top up meter for the flat. Any additional credit which needs to be added by the tenant can be done online with ease. This is a great way to monitor your electricity costs rather than having any surprise bills.
