With the accommodation being situated next to the Leicester Train station and just a short walk from both University of Leicester and De Montfort University, it is the ideal choice for any student. As well as the building being surrounded by an array of shops, bars, restaurants and take – aways, the Highcross shopping Centre and City Centre nightlife is just a 5-10 minute walk..

Each open plan Studio flat comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen including sufficient storage space, a fridge freezer and cooker with four ring hob. Furnishings include a small double bed (4ft), large fitted wardrobe, desk with storage drawers, computer chair, sofa, wall mounted TV,  rug and coffee table. The bathroom comprises of a large double shower, hand basin, mirror and shelf, heated towel rail and a toilet.
