Utility Bills

Water rates and WIFI are included in the rent cost. The landlord gives an energy contribution towards your electricity costs for the duration of the tenancy. This contribution is given at the start of the tenancy and is credited onto the pre-pay top up meter for the flat. Any additional credit which needs to be added by the tenant can be done online with ease. However, you can pay a higher rent and have the electricity costs fully included (generous fair usage cap applies, please ask for more details).
